While the authors have made every effort to ensure accuracy of the data presented, it is inevitable that data errors occur in the process of drafting, editing and layout of such a complex publication. Please find the below list of errors we have discovered after publication of The Atlas.
• Front Cover: the FDI logo should be on the bottom left hand corner of the front cover
• Acknowledgements p.10: "Eduardo Bernabe" should read "Eduardo Ortiz"
• Mapping Dental Caries p.24 - caries map key: the data is not all from 2008 so it 2008 should be replaced with “latest data available from 1982-2008”
